Hello everyone, need help regarding work experience for 190 PR. I have bachelor's degree & 7 years of experience in last 10 years in the same field. Previous 5 Years Job - Appointment letter, job experience & salary slips available - IT returns & from 60 available Last 2 Years - Freelancing & self-employment (same field) - Payment was taken in personal bank account - Have personal IT returns - Client testimonials & reference letters available - No company registration - No current account QUESTION - Someone told me that you must have current account and business registration to count the above experience as self-employed - Based on above data is my Freelancing work experience eligible for 190 PR? Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the answer. The company is going to use agent for sure but we are in primary phase right now, so i am checking few things. And this is not about Skill Assessment for Skilled Migration, i am not even thinking of that. It's purely a 457 case, but even there you need to fulfill the requirements - right? So just double checking if am eligible or not.

Hello, there i am in a bit confusion here regarding my 457 visa, please help. An AU business is ready to offer me job for 225113 Marketing Specialist Qualification I have Bachelors Degree (3 years) [*]Experience Total 5+ years of experience in same field 18 months of pre-qualification experience in Sales & Marketing 45 months (a little short of 4 years) experience in same field Now the ANZSCO job code description says "Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification." I was told by someone that i am not eligible because i don't have 5 years of POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE IN SAME FIELD. I am confused...please help. With above experience & qualification - AM I ELIGIBLE FOR 457 OR NOT? Thanks
