Hi Does anyone here already filed or will file for the above mention visa? How long do you need to stay in SA before you can file for the visa (living interstate at the moment). And with regards to the relative that will sponsor you. It says there that they need to be an eligible relative residing in SA. It also states that they need to be Aus citizen or PR. My question is what if the relative have an ongoing personal case in court (family matter) will this be a reason for DIBP for refusing the sponsorship visa. Thanks.

Hi. Can someone please help me on my situation. I am currently on 457 visa as HR Advisor. I applied last year for 186 visa but nomination got refused due to financial problem of the company. I am now looking again for new employer for 457 transfer. My visa is up to Oct 2017 only. I find it really hard to find new employer who will be willing to sponsor my nominated skill eventhough i have 4 years of experience already. Before my HR experience i have restaurant/hotel supervisory experience as well. My question is can i also try to apply for this kind of job for 457 transfer. Is it alright for me to to be sponsored under this skill having my 457 visa granted for HR Advisor before. And if im going to apply for new 457 will i be eligible as restaurant manager. I finished my MBA here in AUS as well.
