Hi can you clear one thing..Hi Buddy,
Can you please help me, how and what your MA sent to CO to prove your PTE score? What sort of statement he made to CO about not verified PTE score. ?
I have got a same situation where CO asked me about to verify my PTE Score which I achieved before 4 years at the time of application.
Will Really appreciate your any help in this matter.
Regards
Do applicants need to give Ielts again as most of cases 2 year validity of Ielts gets finished -
Guys I have something stupid/ innovative
in my brain.
How about approx 100 of us make a petition online and duly sign/with case number and send to Australian Tribunal and request to speed up process of AAT.
Tell me how will they come to know/ feel that we all are soo anxious about result, until we tell them.
They may increase number of judge or
maximum damage we will get a No, thats it..
This petition thing works in Switzerland.
What says guys.. pls comment

I can understand your situation also my friend..I used to think that ppl who are living in Aus and have applied AAT are very happy. We are all in the same sh*t but some are stuck for longer, some for shorter.
It must be hard to be waiting overseas but don’t think it’s much easier to be here, as it is not guaranteed anyway. You think twice before you buy anything, start anything, plan anything. Can’t act on plans regarding work, moving, buying property etc. Any change at all. It’s like your life is put on hold only it isn’t, years fly faster than ever.
We can only hope the cancellation of 187 will make things faster. Why leave non-existing visa subclass cases drag on forever..
But you cleared that out.
Honestly somedays I get frustrated and feel helpless...
Mila mocha I was more shocked hearing about your nomination rejection then mine.
I wish u and every one should get PR soon.
Do you think there is any possibility govt will speed up process or collectively we all can request ? -
Already I spent 3 years for 187 result plus 1 year wait before from owner's wait. Guys it is soo depressing to wait for 2 years more.. I applied in nov 2019..
I am not even excited as the race is too far that too not confirmed for results.
Staying overseas can hurt you emotionally.
I hope you guys understand my feelings and situation. [emoji17][emoji17][emoji17]- 2

Guys, I would like to get your valuable suggestion based on your experiences in my case.
I applied nomination at AAT, they accepted it duly. Since I am an Overseas applicant, they gave me no right for Visa.
My migration agent suggested me to even withdraw draw the nominations.
I opted for non withdraw as it is my nomination fees to AAT is paid.
Do you think I have done right? Has anybody been through this scenario or have any idea?
Kindly suggest
Thanks -
BroHi, [mention=258915]Rajat Babbar[/mention]

Dont know what my future lies... -
Guys please help me.

Have you all or anyone got same?
Is it because my case is overseas.

Today I have applied in AAT and most likely in less then week I will apply Visa also.
I believe there is a very long wait considering time frame.
I wish it gets as fast as 187 cases ppl applied in Express system in 2019. -

I saw some one got 187 DE with partner in 1 month 5 days. Full work done. PR
Last days of 187 is going extremely fast. It took 3 months for my RCB lol -
The new alternative for 187 will take 6 months fast processing and will cost nearly the same as AAT + MA fees.
Its soo hard to live a long wait for 187 first then AAT wait... -
Hello guys..
My friend has a question.
He wants to know can he apply at AAT without migration agent.
As his agent is nut case and asking for 5k for AAT.
What he means to say is it worth taking risk?
Is it hard to put case .
Owner is supportive and can go AAT on hearing.
Kindly suggest. -

Guys lot of people questioned me If I have right to apply in AAT ? As I am overseas.
Kindly look through the result I have received and the highlighted part.
Does anyone who is staying overseas have received Tribunal rights or not ?
Do you guys think I have right to go for AAT?

Hello everyone,
With gloomy heart I would like to to confess that my nomination has been rejected after 29 months.
My timeline
RCB : Mar 2017
Nom: Apr 2017
Visa: Aug 2017
S56 request: Oct 2018
Status : Further assessment
Reason : No reason given
Ques 1: Guys can you please help me. Someone told me that Overseas people cannot apply for AAT is it true? But they gave me a option to apply.
Ques 2: How long is the current wait at AAT ?
Ques 3: How much % chances are that nomination can get approved ?
Ques 4: Do we get 21 days or 28 days to apply for AAT .. ita little confusing..
My status is still showing Further assessment.
Please guide me if you had similar case
I will appreciate that. [emoji1374][emoji1374]

Just a general question: Do you think Aat will become hard or lenient after this big economic recession.
Just looking for your views..
God knows what will happen to overseas applicants like me..
