Does anyone have any info about what to do if its been just over a week since a WHV was submitted with all the documentation and we haven't received anything apart from the received email? The documents were not "certified" does this matter? I've heard from others they were approved right away with no documents attached at all. we are confused.

My partner is candain and has submitted his first WHV about a week ago. we attached all his documentation but they weren't "certified" does anyone know if this will matter? I've heard from others they got approved in 2 hrs with no documentation! we are confused as to what to do next.
