I received 489 visa for NSW Far South coast occupation software engineer. now finding it difficult to get accommodation in far south coast... please can anyone guide me on visa conditions for 489 can i stay in other state regional areas? will this cause any problems when i apply for PR if i stay in other state regional area like adelaide?

Just thought lets share our experience on State Sponsorship for people with 55 + 5(SS) points. As I can see chances are less for people with 55 points not getting state sponsorship.. Anyone got Invited with 55 points for SS in the last month or so? What are the chances in future?

Leading Application Device Services Level 3 escalated support team to support SQL Server Databases, web based applications, Standard Operating Environment delivery and Anti-Virus. Conducting Daily Status review for on time delivery with SLA adherence for SQL Server Databases, web based applications, Standard Operating Environment Delivery and Anti-Virus. Lead the team focusing on continuous improvement of products and offerings Write Scripts and Program to reduce manual maintenance work and promote automation. Guide Level 2 teams to fix complex Database issues, Software and SOE Deployment issues. Developing and Maintaining Software as per required quality standards.

Hello Ryan, I have got positive ACS as Sys Admin but would like to go for review application as System Engineer with new updated Reference (for all employment) and resume?, is it possible?

no both companies i worked full time. In the reference letters its mentioned employed full time but number of hours is not mentioned in the reference letters. Number of hours i.e 40 hours per week is mentioned in the Appointment letter of both companies. Any thoughts 6 years deduction is a lot considering i had a IT Major MSc degree.

My ACS assessment is positive but they have deducted 6 years from experience trying to understand why my details below BE Electronics: Completed 1999 MSc Computing( Software Development Pathway Out of 8 modules 2 are related to IT Infrastructure and Database, 6 module related to Software Development and Design): Completed 2001 March 2005 to Sept 2006: Software Engineer ( 1.5 years) Oct 2006 to till date: System Administrator (9 years 9 months) Applied ACS under System Administrator Occupation Received reply with 6 years deduction only 5 years were considered by Oct 2010 onwards. Anyone can help me why such a big deduction? Any thoughts why March 2005 to Sept 2006: Software Engineer ( 1.5 years) was not considered and why only experience from Oct 2010 was considered?

Thanks for the reply. I submitted my ACS for Sys Administrator on 16 June, still no reply from ACS, should i be concerned? I heard normally all ACS evaluation is done within 2 weeks?

Hello Ryan, I am stuck in same boat got ACS evaluated as Sys Admin with total 55 points now need SS for Australia visa, dont know what to do as none of the states look to be sponsoring System Adminintrator without job offer. After my ACS evaluation is done for Sys Admin can i immediately apply as System Analyst?

I have submitted my ACS assessment under occupation System Administrator, it is currently under progress stage, can i change to occupation System Analyst and again apply for ACS assessment?

Can anyone help me what needs to be shown as evidence of financial capacity for northern territory state sponsorship 1. How much bank balance is needed for Applicant + Spouse + 1 child 2. My brother and me jointly own a house, how can i show this as an asset for financial capacity 3. I have a car can this also be added in the net financial capacity 4. any other assets can be added. If the house is jointly owned by my brother and me how can i show as financial capacity both our names are mentioned in the agreement.
