  1. Same here, how ironic we have all come through at the same time.
  2. Beers all round!!! Just as we were running out of hope.......congratulation Clare I'm sure that a huge weight off your mind, well done!!!
  3. Well well well, guess who just had their visa granted. Nice to wake up to this morning, Sutu congrats hope you are as happy as we are.
  4. Hey Monks, That's great news for you and gives me a bit of hope too, makes me feel like we may only be a few weeks behind you. We sent an email a few months ago too and got the same automated response now we don't want to rock the boat so to speak and are just waiting it out. Really good to hear that you have been granted.
  5. Hey Clare, Almost exactly the same timeline as us, and yes it's torture waiting. We have had to adjust our thoughts on when we think we will move over, just hope it's by mid this year but who knows! Will keep you posted if we get granted.
  6. Sounds almost identical to our situation, glad its not just us. The worst part is explaining to everyone who asks how we are getting on with the move!
  7. Thanks Cal, fingers crossed!
  8. Hey everyone, So we have applied for our 189 visa in June 2017 and have been anticipating a long wait for visa grant but after providing further information on two occasions it feels like we are on the shelf and out of the loop. We are coming up to 8 months of waiting in limbo but still very positive that we will be granted eventually and finally make the move. Are any of the Visa departments particularly slow at granting, we are looking to move to QLD? Anyone else stuck in limbo? Thanks Simon
