Hi all, I have been referred to this thread after my strong consideration to move out to OZ to follow my career. Now i have done the basic research (how much can i earn, how much is living costs) etc etc But from your points of view, what are the key points i need to do more research on and look into in order of making sure my move is viable. I wanted to make this move a few years ago but other things came up and the idea took a back seat. Now im ready to follow my dreams and get out there! Thanks

Hi, Im Matt, new to this Forum and getting ready to plan a move to Australia. Ive been looking into the work side of things and cant get my head around the sponsorship job vacancies. How do they work? I work in the Automotive Sector as a Sales Manager and am looking for something similar over in Oz. Is this type of work available out there on a sponsorship? Is this the only way i can get a job out there, by having a sponsorship? I would say my CV sets me in good stead, but is it worth it if they will see im an international applicant and dont offer this option. Look forward to the helpful replies. Thanks Matt
