Hi, Im an australian citizen by birth, been living in the UK for the past 15 years, now i feel its time to come home. OH and i just came back from a visit and want to move asap. OH is a british citizen we have been together for less than a year, but serious, mature relationship. We also dont live together on paper due to his children, he still keeps his house ( but hes hardly ever there ) We feel getting married asap would be the quickest way to get out there but not sure if we also have to ' prove ' the marriage by living together etc. I dont think we qualify for partner visa just yet. Fiance visa seems a waste of visa application processing time? Any advice appreciated.

Hi im really hoping someone can help me - i am considering moving 'home' to Oz after 15 years in the UK. I really want to bring my 2001 DAF lorry with me as i much prefer a horsebox rather than a ' float ' they have in oz for transportation. Ive no idea who ask, it wont fit in a container, its 13ft high and 20 ft long! I need to know what the costs would be in bringing it with me! also if there are people who will service a DAF lorry in Melbourne? Also, ive owned it for 3 years, would it count as my personal car? as well as OH's BMW? If anyone can give me some pointers that would be awesome! Thanks
