Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.

Thanks buddy. The uploading of documents got over in my case in Jan this year. Still waiting. I had got a call from Delhi High Commissioner in June, if I remember, following which I haven't heard, except those usual reply which many have posted in this forum thread. But yes, I have seen people waiting close to a year. I just wish I get my grant before the Police Clearance Certificate, which is valid for a year in my case. I wish you good luck as well.

Hello All, Sorry have been away from the forum for quite a while. Glad to know Luke and Garry have got their grant. At least I am happy the scores and moving up on the board. I am still waiting for that lucky day. I had lodged visa in Dec,2015 with 60 points and still waiting. May be my points are too low to catch any eyes of any CO. :mad::mad:

Great guys I am happy to see some changes finally. Some of our mates Garrya and Luke finally got their grant. I am still waiting and I had applied in Decemeber 2015 with 60 points. God knows if they will ever grant. May be 60 is too low a score a take notice of for the CO.:confused:

@hussainrizvi I lodged my application on Dec 2, 2015 and for SOL code 263111 - Computer Network and System Engineer. This SOL is still not in pro-rata basis like Software Engineer and Accountants.

I am getting a feeling, that they are granting on the basis of how many days are left for the expiry of PCC and Medical, if the score is not high. :smile:

@lukescoty No friend no communication from them. Only in june this year I had got a call for verification of my Job, roles and responsibilities from Australian Embassy in India. That's it. Nothing after that.

@lukescotty - Hello !! No they haven't asked me anything since then. And I have everything uploaded. From form 80 , payslips, tax, PCC, medical, education, work related docs everything. Nothing was asked after that. My status shows "Assessment in Progress". I have mailed them twice asking if anything is needed from my end. They always say, no more document is needed, but the assessment is in progress and they can't confirm by when they can grant visa.

@sageGNT Hmm may be different nations have different security check process. Hopefully, you get your security clearance soon. I am not sure how long does security check takes. I wish you get your visa soon.
