hi every one .. I had applied for my wifes309 offshore on 20 july2018, i am in australia and through an agent in brisbane,, i want to check the status of my wifes application, i know that i can import the file in my immi account, but it says this type of file cannot be imported, is their any other way to check the progress of the application. Thanks in advance.

HI every one as we all know that 309/100 processing time is increassed to 20+ months and may increass more, is it worth to apply for a 600 visitor for partner, i had applied for their 309 2 months back, i have two kids and have been married for 10yrs. please sugest is it worth applying visitor visa and how long can they stay and can it be extend when partner is on-shore and what is the sucess rate from India

@ andy Yes i would have applied at the time of my PR but at time of application my financial situation was not that good i hardly had finance to apply for my self. I am applying from India and thanks a lot for your response, i will try to apply for Family sponsored visa,,

Hi every on one question. My MA had applied mine 187 online and i had created an immi account and i know that i can import my 187 fine to my account. But if i import my file then what will happen to the file which is maintained and taking care off and submitting the required, documents, will it fully come to my account or i can just check the status of my application and rest documents can be submited by my MA.:wacko:

Its been almost 20 days now after documents submited, no reply yet from immi, called my MA he said cant do any thing we can just wait Time line Nomination :- 4 May 2015 Visa :- 2 july 2015 Nothing yet As my visa is applied in july does it mean that my visa file is not yet open
