  1. Hey ! I'm migrating at the end of August too mandurah ! Don't know if you're as south as that ?? Why did you move to the uk and why you moving back ?
  2. Hello all, i was granted a evisitor visa on 12 march this year and then went on holiday for 3 weeks in April. I've just booked a flight to go over at the end of August for 2 months . Just to confirm I don't need a new visa do I ? Or to tell any department I'm going? From looking it says it last 12 months and I can go up to 3 months everytime is that correct ? Also on a separate issue can I apply for a Western Australian learners permit to learn to drive ? I'm learning here for when I eventually get my partner visa but it would be helpful to still be able to learn whilst I'm over there ! thanks for any help!!
  3. Thank you advice is really appreciated
  4. Hello ! I am very stressed at the moment trying to sort out a visa application and be able to finally start life in aus ! So this is my situation : my fiancé is australia we met in 2012 and started living together in dec 2012 . We've been back and forth living in England and Australia over the last 3 years . He went back to aus in May and I'm looking to join him permanently . I'm looking for advice if I should lodge a PMV or a partner visa . With the pmv I won't be able to live with him for ages but it requires less evidence I believe ? Wtb the partner visa I can move over next month and apply onshore so this seems appealing . However I don't know if I have eneough evidence because we have just lived at my parents or friends and been travelling . Any opinions would be greatly appperciated !!!
  5. Hey how do you know if your visa does or does not say "no further stay" ? Thank you
  6. Hey thanks for the reply I am going over on a tourist visa next month so will apply for the de facto visa then ! Wi I be granted full work rights straight away?? So I could live a normal life there and it wouldn't matter that If have to wait for the partner visa to be accepted ?? Thanks so mich
  7. Hi all! im new here but thought I'd ask a question I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere !!! basically me and my fiancée are in the process of applying for a partner visa so We can live in aus . We've lived in England for the last 2 years and then Australia the year before that. He's currently in aus . Would it be better to do a pmv whilst I'm here in England ? Or as I'm going to aus next month for his birthday can I apply for the de facto visa while there ?? Also will I get a bridging visa and be able to work cos I can't stay in aus and not work!! thanks anyone for helping I feel a bit lost tbh !
