Just a Partner Visa application. Lodged on 28 March 2017. Was allocated a case office on 28 April 2017. Submitted all the documets by 25 may 2017 including medicals and Form 888

And what is iirc?

So basically I have had friends who got within 6-7 months period. Why did they ask required information so early? Can i expect atleast by early Jan 2018

Also any idea where does the Department show on their website of the current processing application month? Like which month they are currently processing

Hi there i applied onshore as currently I am in Australia on a PR.

Hi can anyone please tell me: i applied my wife's partner visa in March 2017. We were allocated a case officer in a month time to submit only two dodcuments which we did in 28 days period including additional like ielts. Since then we have not heard anything from the department yet. Applied through agent and its almost 6 months. How long it may still take to get the visas. Many thanks

Just not able to Understand what is going on out there. Lodged on 27/03/2015. Got CO contact on 15th May for PCC for both Aus and India. CO Contacted again after AFP was submitted since the name mentioned was incorrect. Submitted both PCC's on 5th June. So as far as i know, if i get contacted by CO first time, i just need to count 28 days from there to get a response. Now that i submitted both my PCC as per the request, i haven't heard anything yet. It will be 27th day today since the contact of CO on 15th May. Can someone advise or let me know; if i've heard true there wont be any grants before 30th June? If this is true, this is really frustrating. Got lot of commitments :mad:

Oh did u ask them how much more time are they going to take? This is not fair for us! Seriously!

Hi Lucy. From where did you get that email? Is it from the migration website? If they were closing the application then how come they contact us for more information.?

I doubt they'll stop for those who have already been contacted by CO

Mrs Kaur, i guess it depends on case to case and occupation. I just contacted my Agent and he advised me that not to panic until there is any update as such I applied for General Accountant. Also, he told me whenever there is such news it is update on the immigration website and simultaneously it is also updated for Migration Agents. Till now, there is no such update.

Hi did the CO told all the remaining application will be put on hold till july? I have the same case. CO contacted me for my 189 visa on 15th may and asked me to provide PCC and AFPC.. On its way to submit.How come i'll be on hold then??

Hi bro What description did you write to the Co. I have been asked for my Indian pcc too. But even i gave my pcc done in June end 2014. Less than a year. Also i Hvent been to India either. Can you please tell me what email you wrote to clarify the CO? Can it be the case where they might have not even looked at the pcc?

Also, can it be the case the CO might have not looked my PCC or overlooke it and may not have checked the date (its handwritten).... Have to wait till monday now for the reply:mad:

Congratulations bro.. I got couple of questions to ask. I got contacted by CO today (which was quite a relief). Applied on 27/03. Asked me to send PCC India and AFP Aus. My AFP got just recently expired on 13th May, so i knew they will ask me for a new one. However, my Indian PCC date is till 23rd June in the certificate. So it has not even been one year. I had lodged last year while applying for TR and receieve the certificate in June end. So technically its not been 1 year of it. Also, i read it in the Immi website where it is clealry mentioned the Police clearance is valid for 1 year. I havent been to India either after i got my PCC in June 2014. My agent said we emailed the CO today reuploading the PCC and an email which will explain my situation. He says we will wait if the CO approves that. Will it be considered? Dont mind reapplying for PCC again, but it takes almost 1 month for us to get our PCC (experienced last time). Will my case be considered. I am glad i haven't been asked anything else.. Thanks! Please advise.

Hey what status do you get when your medical is updated.! Also did you get any contact by a CO? I applied for 189 on 27/03 for Accountant with 60 points. All docs front uploaded. My Afp just got expired yesterday. My agent says i can wait till a case off asks. Do you think i should wait or i am most likely to get a contact soon?

Hi just had a question with the Immi Account. I lodged 189 through my agent and all my previous applications like TR is done by me. Currenly i am still on TR. Lodged my PR on 27/03. Why it is not showing in my immi account of my lodgement ,the only thing i can see is my TR. Is is something like the agents have their own account and they see the status of my application? Can we not have two application in one log in? Please advise!

I dont think so it will be in line since you've not started a new application. Thats what i think. Anyways when did you lodge your visa and for what course and points?

Hello Any 189 grants, CO from last monday till this monday?? Visa lodged in March (27/03) This wait is so frustrating!!!!!

Guys any grants this week? Other than 4th May!! This wait is giving me a headache every now and then! Lodged on 27/03 (all documents front upload)

omg thats too much wait.. I guess 489 is also for 3 months processing and wonder why it is taking too long for you. 22nd march co grant for 189 according to tracker......lodged 5 days after that.....Eagerly waiting and the wait is frustrating.

Any news/update of 27th March lodge for anyone. Great to hear our friends who got their visas (14 and 21 lodge date).!!
