Hi everyone, I lodged my 190 visa application on 13/feb/18. ACT nomination. 351311 chef is my position. Currently in 457 visa. Claimed 65 points. To prove my points the place where I worked 5 years before (2 years in that company) I got all d wages in cash. Have only offer letter and exit letter. My friends suggest that give self declarations so that the case officer know and it’s honest. Either leave it like that just upload what I have. So pls suggest your ideas. I’m totally restless. Ya both are similar but but in different category. Chef is a professional.my employer applied under cook category. For present visa they are not asked any skill assessment because I have over sees masters degree in chef. Still now there is no reply from immi. Really struggling with old employer

Hi guys, I'm in Australia past 8 months with 457. But I'm not satisfied with the present employer so decided to apply somewhere and plan to move Canberra. On last week of October my new employer applied visa and got two response about need of few papers and clarications. Everything they submit but still I'm not received my visa. Presently I'm in chef position and applied for cook position. Is this a problem?? Help me guys. Thanks in advance.

Hi there , my name is THANGARAJ from India and I have applied Aus subclass 457. After so long one month before received emedical request and I did immediately . The system shows medical has been cleared. But still I'm not received my visa. My employer in Adelaide . Please help me out in this why it's taking so long or it happens?? Thanks in advance
