Thank you for your reply Engaus, I am currently in Australia. I had seen the segment on the website that you quoted and the only reason it threw me off was the "if you are outside of Australia". But surely this can't be that uncommon? And you would expect that what you have quoted would be in relation to my scenario?

Hi all, We are new to the site so go easy on me. We are currently gathering evidence to prove my continuing ongoing relationship for visa 461. We have registered our relationship and have the cert, have written our story, have all the documents to prove the commitments to each other, joint bank, bills etc. the only part we are struggling with is that we only have one person (Australian Citizen) that fits the bill to complete form 888 and has kindly done so. All our other friends are either UK or Kiwi citizens. So my question is What are our options for declarations to help with our application? Thanks guys Will & Denise
