  1. Hi Sachin, Its really happy to that the defect is fully repaired. If chances of any future surgery is rare and if you can submit a letter from consultant doctors mentioning this and submit it to DIBP, you shouldnt have any problem in getting grant. Fortunately, without any question on the medical front, we have been granted visa in August. We provided them with a letter from consultant doctor mentioning that future surgery is not required in my son's case. Good Luck. Regards, Srini
  2. I have got grant today for my wife, daughter, son and me. I had to call them to inform that the requested PCCs were submitted on 24th & 28th July and requested them to provide update. CO could locate the mails sent by my agent forwarding PCCs while holding the line. Received grants after 40 mins of the call. I thank people on this wonderful forum who helped me directly and indirectly. I would suggest people to attach documents to immi account and select Request complete button, not to send them by mail. If you dont get grant for a week after submitting the documents, please talk to CO. __________________ IELTS:9, 8, 7, 7 EOI Submitted: 6th May 2015 Invited: 8th May 2015 189 Lodged: 20th May 2015 Documents uploaded: 21st May 2015 Medicals: 23rd June CO Contact: 13th July requesting PCC PCC: India 24th July, Kuwait 28th July Talked to CO:5th August Grant:5th August
  3. Sachin, As different types of medical cases handled in different ways by panel of doctors based on various factors, you don't have any other option than to patiently wait. Please do not speculate the outcomes. Srini
  4. I have taken advise from Mr. George Lombard. Now giving it a try, but as per him, it may or may not go through. I have decided to take rish and lodged EOI.
  5. I completely agree with your views. All the best to you for getting successful grant.
  6. Thank you for referring me to Mr. George Lambard Ozmaniac. I am in touch with him now.
  7. Thank you very much. Could you please let me know if I get assistance from Mr. George Lambard or Mr. Pollard, will it be good to apply visa through them or get only medical report related assistance and apply visa through my present MARA agent. I have already paid to my MARA agent. thanks
  8. I am planning to submit EOI for applying 189 visa. My son who is 18 months old now, had tetralogy of fallot. Defect was fully repaired when he 4.5 months old and is normal now. He may require Pulmonary Valve replacement at a later stage of his life (possibly from 6 to 20 years of his age). I am in a confusion, whether his medical will go through. He was operated by Dr. Victor Tsang, Chief Pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon, Great Ormond Street Hosp. London. If anyone had similar experience please share your experience. Regards,
  9. Thanks for your replies. I will start a new thread. Just to answer to Que, my MARA agent doesnt have a proper answer for this medical condition. I am trying to get details from someone who had similar experience.
