309 AND 100 granted today. Just over 24 hours from submitting my Police clearance. final entry date 30 December 2016. thanks everybody !!!!!!

Email requesting medicals came through Mid Sep but sat in my SPAM folder for a month. Due to work I could only do the medicals later hence the delay. We not in a rush. Any ideas on how long after medicals and Police Clearance visas are granted ?

Woops incorrectly uploaded my Police Check under Penal Certificate not Police Clarence. Have since uploaded under the correct sub heading and emailed them ! Hope it does not delay. I can see from my emedical details that they are actually processing a spouse 100 visa so fingers crossed I can bypass the 309 stage (meet the criteria for being married for more than 3 years prior to lodging) 309 / 100 lodged online in UK 28/2/15 Medical 31/12/15 UK Police Check 5/1/16

Has anybody delayed getting their medicals and Police clearance done ? And if so by how long ? In all likely hood looking for December 2016 move so would need to delay these until 17 Dec this year ? How quickly after submitting Police Checks and medicals are visa's usually granted ? Applied 309/100 28 February 2015 CW assigned 23 September

Right so after all my moaning / worrying my case worker has been assigned VF and medicals and Police checks requested !!! Problem is that it looks like Dec 2016 as our exit point and entry into Australia. This means I need to delay my medicals until December 2015 so can I feasibly do this for 9 weeks without them getting annoyed ? I have not been given a date they have to be done by. Applied 28 Feb 2015 Case worker assigned 23 Sep 2015

Hi all congrats to this who have been granted recently. I applied 28/2/2015 (309/100) and have not heard a single peep not even the assignment of a CO !! Starting to get a bit worried.

Thanks all. I have emailed via the website to see what the deal is with assigning a caseworker (11 weeks and not hearing anything seems a bit excessive based on all your accounts) so will keep you informed. Partner Visa Applied for online 28 Feb 2015 CO not assigned

Do you only get notification of a CO being assigned if they need something ? Has anybody else been assigned a CO with no need to submit any other documents ?

Thanks Camerons Dad I applied on 28 Feb and have not had anything through (apart from the automated email) about a CO and you already have yours ??? Starting to panic now as I have not heard anything about med's or PCC's and I applied a month before you :-) IS it worth an email ?

Thanks Nemisis Yeah a standard auto generated letter with no contact details for a CO sow ill wait and wait some more !

Hi Nemesis, Just the standard 9 - 12 months no mention of case workers being assigned. Just wondered what the average time was until one was assigned.
