  1. Hi there - I need help! I have been working for my employer on a 457 for 2.5 years now. In December I lodged the employer nomination part of the visa application via my work's designated Migration expert - this was at their request and at my own expense. To help save myself some money I decided to lodge the 2nd part of the application myself via the Immi online site, however, I am very keen to not get anything incorrect and therefore would appreciate any help you can offer in regards to some queries I have regarding the online application. Has anyone recently done this application and know the answer......? - On page 13 of the online application, it asks for past 10 years work history. Can anyone advise if should add in my current work (the job I am being nominated through)? Reason I ask is because it states "Is this employment related to the nominated position", and also there is no option on the date part to advise that this is a present role. Only asks for dates from and to. - In terms of documents required, I have already my passport & birth certificate verified by a JP. I have my police certificate from UK & NSW. Do I also need passport photos? On a checklist I found online it states that "two recent clear scanned passport-size photographs. Each photo should be accompanied by the identity of the subject. Print the name of the person on the back of each photograph.". Sorry if this sound silly, but how does each photo be accompanied by the identity of subject?! - Also the checklist advises I should give evidence of working for my employer for at least 2 years as a subclass 457. Is that not part of the employer nomination application? How do I provide this as evidence in my application? My apologies if all these questions sound easy, I am probably over thinking ensuring I submit the right information. Cheers for your help. - Is there anything else I am missing?
