  1. hi! Upon mailing it Sept 20 and we received an email for our appointment and also payment been deducted on oct 3 so about 2 weeks, payment was charged morning of oct 3 and we received an email at night same date around 9-10pm, call them maybe theres a problem in debiting your account? At least if you will call and ask about it then you will know whats the problem, i hope you'll sort it out soon, goodluck.
  2. Hi to all my update to our application: -Melbourne- september 20 - paper application posted october 3- received an email frim immigration with appointment test schedule January 13, 2017 - appointment / test schedule
  3. oh im sorry with that, my mistake of thinking you are an expert:wink: i was just talking with another mate and my regret of doing it paper application rather than online, its all good now, you have your opinion and i have mine, no dramas, have a great day and peace too:smile:
  4. Dont get me wrong with that its my personal experience like until now even my payment hasnt deducted in my debit card yet, unlike when you do online straight away your application is on the system, while doing it paper application they have to wait for it and input the details into the system thats what i am saying but it doesnt mean that it has a big difference between online and paper application, that's why they are encouraging people to do online application right? But i do not want to argue about these things for i am not an expert like you are, this is my personal views and like what i have said i regret my descision not doing it online, just sharing my personal views on it . And by the way im not in a hurry:wink: cheers mate!
  5. I applied here in Melbourne, I reckon mine will taje a bit longer because i do it paper application, im regretting it now, much better to do it online, but im just hoping to receive a reply from them soon.

  7. yes im from Melbourne, lets see if thats make a difference in regards with the processing, im crossing my fingers for it hopefully i receive a reply from them next week, if not lm going to call them, i hope you hear from them soon, waiting game is very overwhelming isn't, goodluck!
  8. oh that's not a good idea at all doing paper application but my nephew i reckon it took about 2 weeks and he saw hi cc been deducted, he did paper application as well, is is possible to make online application even if we did paper application? What if it becomes double application? Im from Hume City council. How about you?
  9. hi! I just mailed my application last tuesday 20/09/16 so once i've heard something from them i will let you know, hopefully next week, fingers crossed, im also regretting why i did a paper application because in online application you can always check your progress in your immi account, when did you send them your application?
  10. Hi just want to ask something, i hope somebody will help me, i just applied for citizenship ( paper application) ive submitted the following docs: birth cert passport australian drivers lic marriage certificate - my question is that i wasnt able to provide utility bills for my proof of address but my Australian drivers licence has my address on it, is that sufficient enough? Thank you

  12. We recently got our PR, were from 457 too, the way i understand it if your sponsoring company in 457 after 2 years will sponsor you again in PR then you will not need to pass 60 points but if you will apply it indepedently like we do because our sponsoring company did not sponsor us to PR so our option is visa 189 and 190 which are both permanent visa and need to have at least 60 points, we choose 190 state sponsorship to get an extra 5 points and my husband got 60 points, we waited 11 weeks for our visa grants.
