  1. Hi I applied for 309/100 in June 2017 medical was done in December (at immigration request, I didn't do beforehand). Medical failed! :-(, but in the page the sent me it stated 100 as visa applying for. Medical retest was passed in January and my visa was granted yesterday straight to 100! Your visa may well do the same :-) good luck
  2. Hi, sorry for the really slow response :-( Many thanks for that info, had email from case officer today (biggest yay!) So now have to do police check & medical. Many thanks for your help
  3. Hi all! Quick question I'd like to pick your brains over :-) I applied for my 309/100 visa on June 28 2017, off shore (UK) paper copy (not online) My partner is the Aussie (she has UK citizenship) been together 13 years, 2 children 5 & 8 both have Aussie citizenship and passports I had automated response from Australian high commission london says my application has been received on 29 June 2017, have not got a case officer yet :-( (getting really fed up of waiting) Anyway my partner and I have found out we are expecting again (due date currently unknown as first scan is next week) I know we need to update our application, but should we wait until case officer contacts us or just complete the form (any ideas on its name/number?) Asap after we know due dates etc? Any advise/input would be highly appreciated Many thanks Jester
  4. Hi! My application was sent on 28/6/17, got a standard auto reply on 29th saying it has been received. Heard nothing since :-( 309/100 offshore Sent from my Archos 50 Power using PomsinOz mobile app
  5. thats a good idea! thank you so far ive found showing both of our names Council tax bill from sept 2008 Rent statement from Jan 2008 Joint bank account statement (statement number 1, so from when we opened it ) from Nov 2007 Joint bank account statement (different account from above) from Dec 2005 My partners car insurance (most recent) showing me as a named driver, and i just made her insurance cheaper! result! 3 x tenancy agreements from the 3 properties we have lived in since she moved here My accident insurance policy covering my partner aswell (it does now ;-)) My itemised mobile records, ill send the best i can find, proberbly sent 3-4 in total mine, my partners passports and birth certs our childrens passports, birth certs and both of their Australian Citizenship certs Travel docs - ive been back to australia twice since jan 2005 my partner has taken trips home 6 times We have our form 888's being completed hopfully that will cover most of what i need to send :-) i was just getting worried as all of our household bills are only in my name, im going to guess that as long as we both put that in our statements any case officer should be happy, after all everyone's different and this is how we roll
  6. thanks for the reply yeah, didnt want to go over the top sending paperwork, i think ill just send a random few. the main problem ive having is any joint evidence, just about everything we have in only in my name, its how we do it and it works for us as a couple. just finding it hard to find anything we have with both our names on it
  7. HI all! currently collecting paperwork for my application, but how much is too much? long story cut short ive been with my partner for nearly 12 years and the sheer amount of itemised phone records that we have between us is silly, i having just printed everything orange can give me and the amount of paper bills i have dating back to june 2005 equals about 2 reams of paper! im not sure i should send them all? should i? would it just be better to send a sample? say 1 or 2 for every year and state we have nearly every month if they wish to view them, or just send the whole lot? any advise on this would be helpful :-)
  8. Hi! Pretty much as the title says! Are they worth it? Planning to apply for offshore partner visa Recommendations from anybody who has used one please Many thanks
  9. That's what I was thinking. Don't want to give immigration any excuse for refusing my application
  10. Hi Has anyone ever had problems going on "holiday" to then apply for onshore partner visa? Has anyone ever been stopped at immigration/customs with this situation? Just wondering if its a good/bad idea Many thanks
  11. The missus wants to go home yesterday! any ideas on the cost difference?
  12. Hi all! I will be moving to Australia with my Partner (shes the Australian) and our 2 children (ages 3 and 5) I am unsure which way to go onshore or offshore visa? which would be better/quicker in peoples experience? ive been with my partner over 10 years living together 95% of the time and can cover all of the other requirements that ive researched. Is it worth applying in the UK, or worth taking a "holiday" and apply in Australia? |Her family are happy to support me if I cant work if I apply onshore (i'll be a kept man/house husband!) err help anybody?
