  1. Hi there, we moved here 3 months ago, we had a 3 wk holiday on the GC and loved it then we moved into our rental in Redland Bay. It was too quiet there and we were able to break our lease when we found another family to move into Redland bay house. We are currently living in Broadbeach Waters in a quiet family friendly cul de sac, but minutes from everything. My son (10yrs) goes to Broadbeach state school, it's across from the beach and he has settled in and made friends. We'll probably stay in this rental for 2 yrs but then we'll definitely look to buy here.
  2. Aww massive congratulations. The time after grant absolutely flies in! We have our leaving party this Saturday and fly out to brisbane in 2 wks. Good luck!
  3. Hi i front loaded all documents, lodged 190 on 26th June, granted on 20th August. It just went straight to grant, I didn't even know when a CO was allocated. Good luck. I have my last day at work here in the UK today and fly out to Brisbane in 3 weeks. Eeek! Good luck and hang in there! The waiting is torture but when you get the grant, the time flies in. Carolann
  4. hi we used This is Australia in Surfers Paradise, queensland. They were amazing. I was up against time as I had to lodge my visa before my 45th birthday to get the 15 points, they would send me a list of what I needed to do at several stages throughout the process so that when the time came to lodge, the documents/info was all there, making the process less stressful. My visa was lodged about 8 wks before my birthday. The whole process took around 8 months, couldn't have done it without them. I am a nurse from Scotland and applied whilst in the UK. Good luck, hope this helps Carolann

  8. Hi there, I'm not sure about the onshore but I lodged my 190 visa on 26th June and it was granted on 20th August. All documents incl. medicals and pcc's were front loaded so visa went straight to grant without me hearing from a CO. The waiting is excruciating but at least you're there already. We fly out 17tg October
