Hi, My company just received an email from DHA and requested more information. * Evidence that the duties to be performed in the position of Field Scoper (Electrical) correspond to the tasks of the nominated occupation of Electrical Engineer. My question is, that is it normal that DHA ask for further evidence? If anyone can help me with this that what good evidence to give to satisfy DHA or what kind of transcript to write. That will be really helpful. or if anyone had any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks Nomination Lodged: 4/10/18 Visa Lodged: 22/10/18 Electrical Engineer DE 186

  6. Hi guys, can someone let me know that is there requirement to have 3 years experience in the same field, before applying for Direct Entry 186 Visa/ Nomination? i heard that if you got your qualification assessment from Engineers Australia, then there is no requirement of 3 years experience. But if you haven’t recieved an assessment from EA, then there is a requirement for 3 years experience to apply for 186 DE. Your help and experience will be appreciated. i had got EA assessment as Professional Electrical Engineer. So want to apply for 186 Visa as Direct Entry
  7. Hello guys, can somebody help me with my query please. Do we have to bound with our employer for 2 years after getting 186 visa? Because i think its a PR visa, so is there any condition to this? And another question is, that is there requirement of 3 years experience in the same field, before applying for 186 Direct Entry Nomination/ Visa? Thanks
  8. Thanks alot bro. So this is a good news that i should not have to wait for nomination. I can apply for nomination and visa together. Further i read that employer should have offered position 6 months before applying nomination, to the applicant. Is it true? And if possible can you please let me know the initial procedure to apply, and what main documents required?
  9. Hi, I am going to apply for 186 (Direct Entry) Visa. My Temporary residence visa will be expiring on 1st Nov, 18. I will be applying as an Electrical Engineer (what is estimated time of visa grant?) So i want to know the process of 186 visa. That 1st i need to apply for nomination? and how much time it will take to get my nomination? and if my nomination doesn't come before my visa expires, what would be the options to go on bridging visa? or should i go back to my country and wait over there for my visa? Can anyone please help me about above queries.

  11. Thank You russell for you valuable reply, I read all the details in the link you send to me, As i saw that you are a registered migration agent, so just want to ask that as the person done Diploma and which also doesn't related to his field (Civil Engineering). While in my case I done my first 1 year Masters in Electrical Engineering from Australia, which is related to my field. And want to do another Masters in the field like, MBA in marketing (As any Engineer got the best pay as a Sales Engineer) or MBA in Project Management (As the highest post for an Engineer in his career is as a Project Manager) or MBA in Operational Management (As in every big company they always has an Engineer as a Operation Manager), Will the MBA in any of this field benefits me for PR or not? Because an Engineer have to do MBA in any part for his career to excel in much better job opportunities. If MBA is not a good course for me to do at this time to further apply for PR, can you please suggest me any better course which will not effect me while applying for PR in Australia. As you yourself is an migration agent, so you can suggest me better for this situation. Please help. Thank You.
  12. I had done Bacholers in Electrical Engg. Then I came to Australia, and now just completing my 1st one year M.Engg (Electrical Engg.) degree from University of Western Sydney (Australia). Now according to immigration rules, I have to do one more 1 year degree to complete 92 weeks of study, to be eligible to apply for Permanent Residency in future. Now I am confused, that Can I do MBA as my 2nd degree to complete 92 weeks of study? Or should I have to complete 2nd degree relating to my 1st M.Engg degree? As I am confirmed that I can apply for Engineering Management degree or any other Masters in Engineering degree which will lead me further for PR, but the fee of these degrees are too high. So i want to apply for any degree with normal fee, like MBA. But not confirmed that in which course should I apply further. Please help me. And I someone gone from same situation, please let me know. Thank You.
