    Good day all, I recently made my initial entry after my grant with my family can I get back home to join on ship for 6-8 months. Does this effect on my visa or my family members visa as they are also going back with me. Kindly advise as I am planning to join back on ship for my sea time. Thank you.

    Gday Capt R, Thanks for reply. I am doing my Chief mates from AMC,Tasmania and i m in my final block hopefully after orals only i can apply. Because of flagged out had created a panic now.I am following this forum for quite sometime now lot of useful info. thank u. 1 more thing i did my OOW from UK and was there for 1yr do i need police clearance from UK also? can you suggest the procedure? Thank you.

    Thank you for your valuable suggestion Points Based Skilled Migration (subclasses 189 and 190) visa. im getting only 50 points as i count. Australian study & Studying and living in regional Australia will make more than 60 points for qualify.

    Good Day, I want to pursue chief mates studies in Australia as only 2 college have this course.Challenger institute of technology - Perth which gives Advance diploma and other is Australian Maritime college -Tasmanian which gives Bachelors degree is slightly expensive.which area & college do i should try? eg for living cost & part time job etc. As i also want to migrate to Australia in near future. Thank you.

    Good Day All, Is the year of examination/OOW is counted as Experience. i.e. i had employed for 8 years with the same company but had gone for my OOW Exams so that would counted as employment. Regarding Partner Skill 5 points are there. How would i know that she is eligible & where & How to Apply for the Assessment if any. Thanks & Regards.

Then Planning to do Chief Mates from Australia, Can you suggest Advance Diploma in Nautical Science -Master Unlimited is the Course for Chief Mates at Challenger Institute OR Bachelors of Nautical Science at Australian Maritime College.
