I do understand their concern. But I'm a genuine applicant and I did fairly a good commitment letter as well. What else can I do to make them to believe me?? Do you have any idea about it?

Hello dugles, Thank you for comment. My occupation is 'Welfare worker' which I'm afraid coming under 'Schedule 2' in WA. As a result, I need to show a job offer in order for me to get back there. I tried to get a job offer, but as you can imagine its not yet been successful. All of them asked for a valid work visa in order to give me a job. That's why I applied for ACT nomination as I do not require to have a job offer. But they denied my application as well because during my stay in WA, I never visited Canberra. Thus they don't find me as a genuine applicant. I really don't know what to do anymore

Hi, Applied for State nomination on 20th March 2014. Got rejected:sad:. Main reason is tht they don't look into Skill assessment tht is more than 3 years old. Also I nvr been to Canberra when I lived in WA for a long time..so they don't consider me as a genuine applicant............this sucks

Hello, Thank you very much for your replay. No..i do not live in WA now as my visa expired in 2013 July. At the moment I live back in my country. I just got a mail from one of my agents back in Australia. He says that it will be very difficult for me to get the visa Do you guys know is there any other way for me to get back?? Hi everyone, My name is Charls. I applied for ACT state nomination (190) and got denied as according to the new rule they don't accept Skill assessment that is more than three years old. I'm willing to re assess my Skill assessment. I studied community welfare in WA and was there for more than 3 years. One of the other reasons why they denied my visa is because of this that I stayed in WA for more than 3 years, so that they cant consider me as a genuine applicant !! I have been going through the worst time of my life in the last 18 months..... If I get a new re assessment and fix the other issues, will I be able to reapply for the nomination? Since 'Welfare worker' is under 'Limited' option, do I have to re apply for the 'Verification' as well?
