  1. Hi Rob, For having 100% certitude, only the Assessment Authority can help you. We, the forum users (or even the migration agency) can share “our vision” based on the information you provide. The more info you give, the more accurate our assessment would be (again, strongly advise you to take this with a pinch of salt). Main questions here are: - what are the studies the you have finalized until this point in your life (from high-school onwards) - what are the additioanl certification you have received after finalizing your studies - what is your work experience (from the begining, title, calsification dates of start & end) If I am not mistaken, you have opened a new topic on this forum asking about Skill Assessment on your current ANZSCO code Job: Finance Broker (ANZSCO Code 222112). Is this correctly chosed based on your background (job description and task&responsabilitie during your working years)?
  2. Hello all, Is there anyone that got a 189 VISA in IT and is in Brisbane? As I see it now, in SOL / ANZSCO there is no way to get an IT visa for 190 in QLD ( http://www.anzscosearch.com/search-by-state/#topstate ) Regards, ALex
  3. Thank you all for quick response. Yes, an migration agent will be the easy way, but not the cheapest. I need to understand the entire process so that I can be 100% I can do this worry free. I am still getting info`s and with your help this process will be easier. Thank you again, Alex PS: can you suggest a good immigration agency ( I know that with the help of an agent, it's the same "lottery" but you have higher chances to win )
  4. Hello all of you searching for a better life in Australia. I am also one of those trying to find a solution for my future (my family included) Not a native english speaker but I try to improve my skills so that IELTS / TOEFL test score to be over 7. My profile is, at least I think so, default / basic: 29 years, Alex, with a Bachelor degree in Information Technology and a 9+ years work experience as a DBA in a multinational company (the name is not important). Well, having in mind the actual political and economic crisis I would like to move far away from Europe and AU is in my top 3 destination (CA and NZ are also there to fill the other places). My choice was AU / Brisbane. I whould like to go alone and after I will have a stable situation, to call my wife to join me (hopefully this will not be more than 1 year) I have searched all over the internet, also in forums or government websites, but I think that the large volume of information is often quite wonderfully twisted. So ask here, mainly 2 questions: 1. is there a checklist so that I am sure I will not forget something (somehow in roder, from getting all the papers together to landing and searching for work there) 2. haveing in mind my situation, do you think I can have a chance? (right now my social and financial situation is over the average)? Is there a standard budget for, let`s say, 3 to 5 mounths of unemployment? Thank you for now. For sure, there are a lot of other questions but I will try to take them all, one by one. Regards, Alex
