Hi, Hope anyone can help me. I am about to do the 173 for my dad, but we still saving the money. Just want to know when I should pay the 1st installment $29000 (increased again !!!) Will it be when I lodge the application (with the $2370 application fee) or it will be after 12 months when I get the CO ? It is quite important for us beacuse we haven't got the enough money yet Thank you
