for provisional visa (489/457 etc) - only Australian income will be under tax. Overseas income should be exempted from tax.

I'm holding 489 SS visa. I yet to do the first landing. I understood fromm DIAC website that from the day of first landing PR visa holders have to pay tax for all incomes including overseas. But for temporary visa holder overseas income will be exempted from tax. Therefore Ithink I will be also in exemption group - no tax for overseas income. Could someone can confirm me. Thanks a lot. Check you medical status using HAP log in. If it shown submitted you don't have to worry what is mentioned in immiaccount.

Good. I didn't finalize yet where to live. At the beginning I will stay in my friend's apartment. Then will find where to live. Most important is to find a job. Good luck and wish we will meet somewhere in Adelaide street someday .

NO problem if you put your MBA. I'm a civil engineer but did masters in computer science. I put them both in EOI and got already the visa. So no worry

I would suggest don't wait for CO request for medical & PCC. Upload everything upfront. visa will be granted directly. Good Luck.

Me also got the 489 ss visa today. Moving to SA.

Got the golden mail today. Got the grant 3 days after the CO assignment.

Got the CO today. asking for few additional docs though I already attached them in immiaccount. They also ask for IELTS for my 18 months old daughter
