We love the property as it is close to schools, bus stops, shops, library, swimming pool and there are many routes to get to Perth from here. Shopping at Rockingham is 20 mins drive. Perth is 50 mins or train takes 30 mins. Car parking at train station is very cheap. The schools are within 10 minutes walk. There are parks surrounding us but still far enough away not to be a noisy street. The rental is currently set at $460 pr week. There are no charges for rates, just water usage, gas & electric.
