That should not be a problem. I had the same issue. Still had my citizenship approved on the same day.

Hi All, I had my citizenship approved in August 2019 and have been waiting for citizenship ceremony appointment. I live in Wyndham Council in Melbourne and was wondering whether any one else is in the same boat. Also, do they send the letter by post or email? I read somewhere that the DHA sends an email as well. Is that correct? Thanks heaps!

Any one waiting for their ceremony in Wyndham Council, Melbourne? Any idea how long does it take for them to call after the citizenship is approved? Mine was approved in August and no news until now

Its amazing to see that every one is giving their two cents. I have done nothing illegal and you all don't even know what's the reason I didn't even move initially. I had kept the authorities informed every six months with the reason and it was acknowledged as well. This was meant for those who had a similar plight to mine. Thanks Shisman

Lots of scaremongers told me not to do it. Here I am after 4 years. But from what I read in latest immigration news, they might make it stricter Thanks Shisman

Hi All, Just a quick query. I'm planning to apply for citizenship next month. Form 1195 asks for -Transaction Reference Number (the number that you were given when you lodged your online application). Do you get that when you apply online for Citizenship? Or are they asking for what's mentioned in your PR grant notice? And would it remain the same for all family members? (In case it's the former as it's the same for all 4 of us in the Visa grant Letter when the PR was granted) Did you all apply for the Citizenship online from one online account or does it have to be separate for all adults? Complex in the way that they have to go through Police Clearance etc from all these countries if you have stayed for over a year in each of these countries and get additional clearances on their own for these countries (if deemed necessary by them) against a straight forward application wherein an applicant have lived in only one country.

Thank you all. For those who are waiting, they are trying their best to issue visa's within three months. My case was rather complex as I lived in 5 countries in the last 12 years and I am from a so called high risk country. It should come soon(er) for you guys!!

Dear All, Just got my golden mail and I am too excited as I type this. Need to enter Aus before 8 June 2015. Thank you to all of you for your guidance. The CO asked for some docs on 20th August which were all frontloaded and my agent uploaded those again and today, the GRANT Regards Shisman

My agent got a mail from the CO asking for a new PCC though I had submitted one that was issued in Nov 13. My agent has replied to the CO that it is still valid and whether he wants a new one.

Dear All, They have started issuing 190 visas from May now. As per the tracker, there's some one who lodged on May 21 and got the visa few days back. Exciting!!

Anyone out there who has lodged their 190 visa in June? Mine was done on 03/06/2014 and did the medicals and PCC by 15 June. Waiting to hear about the CO assignment Regards Shisman
