This was from the NHS website If you are moving abroad on a permanent basis, you will no longer be entitled to medical treatment in the UK under normal NHS rules. This is because the NHS is a residence-based healthcare system. Most people will also not be entitled to use a UK-issued EHIC card to access healthcare abroad.

You can only use dual nationality to travel to and from for so long, as I understand it. Don’t you have to get a residents return after five years? I think you can only get that after spending two of the previous five years actually living in Australia?

She was told when she got the letter of approval which was on the 1st Nov, to transfer the bond and the paperwork would be sent in 4-5 weeks

My daughter transferred the bond for the aos on the 1st November. She was told the paperwork would be transferred to be processed in four weeks time.
