Anyone else getting this message? Been trying to check since early this morning and the time just keeps getting longer. It said it would only be down from 11-12 when I first checked

wouldnt be so bad if they give you a number and a currently being processed number like they do at the RTA at least that way you'd know a realistic time frame the more i read online and the more i try to work out some sort of pattern it just seems a really random thing

Really? you both onshore? did think it would take that long, I really need it to come through soon as I’ve been offered a better job with almost 2/3rds more money problem is although the company said they are willing to wait for my PM to come through rather than changing sponsors i really don’t think anyone is willing to wait that long ? so stuck in limbo at the moment

Hopefully mate ? Just read that if a C.O hasn't been issued in the first 6-8 weeks it usually finalizes within 4 months ? Having said that the more I read the more I think it's just random ??

New to the forum (been in Ozz a while) with a few questions
Mr Stinson posted a topic in Aussie Chat
Hello I've been hovering around for a while, so thought I'd say hi I moved to Australia in November 2012 on a sponsorship as a vehicle technician. I have absolutely loved the change in lifestyle and I love Australia I have seen and done so much in my time off and met so many different types of people!!! Love it However as for my work arrangements things aren't really working out. I came from England a very skilled and talented hard working man only to be working at half the pace and not being challenged in my job role.which is such a shame as I really like Australian life. It's getting me that down at the moment I'm even considering moving back home I've been looking in other sectors to challenge me more but can't seem to get past a huge wall of agents advertising fake jobs just to gain access to my cv and details. I would really like to get either into plant work, back into heavy diesel work or even auto electrician in the mines (FIFO) Couple of questions Where's the best place to start. Can I study at night (if needs be) on a. 457 visa Can I move jobs while on a 457 Thank you any advice or help would be greatly appreciated Mr stinson
