If your Kiwi partner have been to Australia before September 1st 1994, may be able to apply for Resident Return Visa 155. My mother have been to Australia before 1st September 1994 and she has applied for RRV 155 last year while she's on SCV 444 temporary visa... got it granted. That strange, I was applying for Bridging B visa but because I'm on Subclass 444, it would be a waste of money as my current visa 444 get ceased when I leave Australia in a way of losing Bridging A visa too. I guess I would have to apply new Bridging A visa once I returned back to Australia as I get a new subclass 444. Unless the current Bridging A visa would be linked to my passport while I get a new SCV444?

I am also an New Zealand citizen on SCV 444 visa living in Australia for 7 years. (I'm applying different visa: 802 subclass) I do have full medicare like you too, but with applying the visa, yes you would required to take a health examination. I had full health examination: medical examination, chest x-ray and HIV blood test done for the visa I'm applying. Good luck with your application.

Have a look on Child Visa subclass 802, as long you're dependent to your father... but there's full time study for student required, this visa go up to age of 25 years old. (The only exception to the age limit and full time student requirement is where the child has a disability that stop them from working which is mentioned in the child visa booklet.) The onshore is 802, offshore is 101 for child visa.

My medical is now all completed. I guess it's waiting time for the visa processing.

I am currently applying child visa 802 on shore... I wonder how long does the processing take for getting acknowledgement letter? Thanks and cheers.

Only one of medical is referred (other medicals of mine is completed), as the panel doctor gave me an letter for me to get an report from another doctor.
