Dear Members, Iam planning to apply for state sponsorship for HR occupation. Was told that all the states have closed and will not accept until they reopen later. Request you let me know if you know when the states will reopen for this occupation.:ssign16:

Kindly suggest how fruitful would that be in getting the sponsorship and the visa. This occupation is listed as high priority and may move it into priority in march. Kindly advise.

Yes. My wife has done MBA finance and is presently working as credit analyst for a bank. She also scored 7 bands overall in ielts.

Dear Friends, I got my positive skill assessment from vetassess last week and got points for my education and work experience. My overall points Age- 30, qualification- 15, Work experience- 5. My agent said that i can apply for Australia, cannebera if could score 7 in each module in Ielts. Unfortunately i was not able to get 7 in each module and got overall 7 in Ielts. Whether i will be able to apply for any state sponsorship with these current points or what could be done now? Kindly advise. Regards, Dwarak.

Hi Jim, I think its not mandatory to have only the job duties that you have mentioned in your reference letter. because a CV is something which gives a broader picture of the duties that you were doing and also additional responsibilities that you are handling at your work. But i suggest you mention all the points that you have mentioned in your reference letter in your CV and add additional information that you wish to add. I also suggest that you dont go too overboard and add information that is not relevant to your work. that may cause confusion with the case officer. However get suggestions from other members as well.

Hey, I sent them a letter asking them not to as it may be a threat to my job. So just curious if you sent them something similar asking them not to contact your employer. Guys i got the verification call just a while ago. One of my staff attended the call. they said they it was regarding an applicant(me) applied for Australia. She know its me and asked if its about me. they said yes asked what im working as and the strength of mu organisation. And then that person asked some Hr person to talk. Since Im the Manager here another executive introduced herself and continued. He asked my Joining date and am i still continuing this job? She said yes. Then he finally hung up saying they will get back if they need an other information. Dwarakls- I applied on 15th Oct & got acknowledgement from Vet on 18th Oct.

I spoke to my agent and they said it will take another 2 to 3 weeks time. By the way i have applied on 15th October and got the receipt on 18th October. Lets hope we get much earlier than that. Regards, Dwarak.

Thanks for the info mate. By the way for which category you have applied and it falls under which sub category say like 189 or 190? sometimes as per the some other forums it depends upon the categories which we apply. - Dwarak.
