Well, that was a disappointing morning. Other than the score the turnout at the pubs was non-existent. I went to King O'Malley's and was the only one there. I watched the first half, no one else turned up, and then headed to Hellenic Woden only to find that they weren't showing it at all. Hellenic Woden said that Hellenic City were showing it. I'll come in to the city tomorrow for the England/Italy game and see what's happening. I'll start at O'Malley's and see if anyone else turns up. If not I'll head to Hellenic and possibly Civic Pub. So if anyone is keen to watch the game and have a drink I'll see you there. Cheers Steve

FYI everyone The official 'Southern NSW Liverpool Supporters' club is https://www.facebook.com/groups/1402645220000244/ Looks like the Helenic Club in Woden is the place to be and gets some good numbers to watch.

I'm keen for the Norwich game on Sunday.

Kiwi/honourary Scouser/ex-London resident here.......have been chatting with Mathix on the LFC thread but it appears there's a bunch of general football fans here keen on catching up for some drinks while watching any game. The Lakes in Gungahlin is a good place, happy to show games live and they're open until 4am. I haven't had any response from clubs in the central city but it sounds like Calwell is another option. Instead of getting somewhere in the wee hours I'd suggest watching a replay (there's one at 1pm this Sunday but Foxtel don't say who it is). Anyone keen? Here's an updated fixtures list for the rest of the season. There's been a couple of changes. Red is when I have my boy so I'm unable to make it. Feel free to get together without me - United this Sunday would be a great game. I'm keen to watch any game, even Cardiff in a coupla weeks. Anyone interested, let me know. Hey Breezer I haven't heard back from the Labor Club (City or Belco) but heard back almost straight away from The Lakes who said: Siren's a good bar but they close at midnight. The Lakes closes at 4am. So there's a couple of weekend games coming up. Next wknd KO on Sat night 25th at 1145pm vs Bournemouth in the FA Cup 4th round and then on Sat 8th Feb KO at 1145pm vs Arsenal in the EPL. The Foxtel TV guide says that ESPN is showing the FA Cup but doesn't list the teams but the Reds is the only one at that time. The guide doesn't go into Feb to see what games are on but it doesn't sound like it'd be a problem. I'm keen for either/both of those. Any takers? UPDATE: Just went to confirm with them and they don't have ESPN so no FA Cup. Looks like the next game is Arsenal on Sat 8th.

Yeah I noticed that! Everton, United, Spurs, City, Chelsea. But Arsenal at Anfield is in a few weeks. I'm looking at some places in the city so it's central. But depending on where everyone is it might be better to looks elsewhere. I'm in Ngunnawal on the northside.

A Google search landed me at this forum. I'm a Kiwi not a Pom (but did live there for 4yrs) and have followed the Reds for nearly 30yrs. I've been in Canberra for a few years now. This post is about a year old so I'm wondering if anything happened with getting a supporters club (official or not) up and running. I'd be keen just getting fans together for a few beers to watch games. Anyone keen? Cheers Steve
