  1. Hi Pumpkin and Maggie May 24 Thankyou for the help guys! and sorry for my lack of explaination which made you confused also not clear to understand what we meant! My fault! 1. We thought there may be a bridging visa the period after his curren visa (601 visitor) is expired untill his extension visitor (visa 600) is decided? Cos he has been considering launch the online apply 3 or 4 days prior to his current visa expiry. (It seems we might misbelieve something please inform us more if you can!) 2. We've heard the nation assessment level that generaly apply to student visa appliers but it also often refers to pp for tourist visas Ex, pp from Thai bring more attention to immi examiers rathan than nation from Japan or Usa of which what we've heard! 3. What we meant was by not individual leaves so Aus get upset? No no that not we asked! no dramas it's my fault again Our imagined plans were 1. Apply for extension 600 visitor visa a short days before current visa expired (I know you guys say make it earlier but let's suppose this story) 2. Can he get an auto bridging visa? ( It seems no) just double check! 3. If he could get it we thought he'll be given some time (we guess 28 days or heaps less) for preparation of required documents like funds in bank accout...etc.. 4. In the given time if he decides to stop the procedure for extension just wants to leave aussie we concerned if it effects him anything badly when he applies his next student visa in aus. It sounds like may not at all but we were wondering if anybody knows it a lot! Heaps thanks guys even trying to help us!
  2. Hi guys I have 5 questions There is a pal who lived here for about 7 yrs (2 working holiday,5 student visa) He left in Mar 14 n came back in May 14 on eta visitor visa then is now wanting to extend for another 3 months which means he needs to apply a new visa sub 600 visitor visa. 1. Do you think his application for the visitor visa can be granted? He hasn't made any problems in the entire live but we are concerning about his previous long years stay in aus. He is a from a nation that stay all first place Level 1 (assessment) and has great savings 2. Will he may be asked where he has travelled so far? the current money trasaction in account or card history? 3. Is it $335 now for apply fee? 4. I guess he'll be given 28 days (Correct me if i'm wrong) 28 days for preparation of required docs, paper work so what class of bridge visa is coming up while he is assessed A,B or C,D? 5. Last question What if he changes mind and leaveS Australia in the 28 given days? Is it recorded in data or Will it affect him any badly when he applys any type of his next visa for Australia? Or not effect all fine? Many thanks guys!
  3. Thanks for the link and providing me more info Killara! I am just wondering a thing (If you know i'll appreciate you to clarify me B&B is presently listed on CSOL but not SNOL (Occupations in demand by South Aust) I've been living in SA for a long and no plans moving over to any interstates! Did you know if i can apply for either 190 or 489 visa by B&B in SA?
  4. Aah ok! Thanks for the reply Blossom79! What i recently find out is my current work field (B&B operatror) list on csol but not on snol (Occupation in demand by S.A) thus, i now reckon i can not even get state sponsorship?! Oah i've presently been promoted to a night manager that takes care of 24 help desk/reception/property over night (not general manager) So Am i now eligible for B&B operator? Sorry Blossom79 to keep asking you thigns again.
  5. Wow what a fast reply back! Thanks Blossom79 I live on a student visa as i study another subject at school. I've checked applicants with high points of Ielts test (ex, 8 or higher in overall) can be released from the required work experience. Did you know anything about that? Many thanks for your time and trying to inform me! Aah i reside in South Australia. Regards, Indomitable31

  7. Hi there I am a 30 y.o male that lives in S.A. I desire to reside here in Aussie the same as many of you. I enumerate some of my personal materials so Can you kindly guide me what visa i can apply for a permanant live? - 30 Y.o male - 2 Years of study completed at college / Holding a diploma degree (Hospitality of management specialising of bakery/pastry) - Have been living in SA about 7 years and working at a Bed and Breafast operation for about 4 and a half years. Ps. Bed and Breafast operator is listed on the new CSOL but Does the occupation only indicate owner/managers? Because i am a staff member not posted on a manager position yet. Many thanks Roystar
