I have a similar question. I've lived in four countries (Dubai, D.R.Congo, Kenya and India) in the last 10 years, with more than a year in each of them. However, I've recently renewed my passport so there are no visas or immigration stamps in my new passport. Is there any chance of me going unnoticed for the PCC requirement of the previous three countries? How do DIAC ensure I submit PCC for each of these countries? Any thoughts? NB: I do not have any criminal record but it's going to be an extremely tedious job to get clearances from all these, esp. Africa.
