14 months!!! for offshore child visa

my sister in law applied on the 24th of June for partner visa offshore..when does the CO mail us to proceed ahead with the medicals?

applied on 2 july, 190 visa SA State nominated, PCC, medicals (auto-cleared), Form 80 frontloaded not claiming work points, 11 weeks running no CO yet...pretty much frustrated

we share similar timeline for medicals..mine was auto referred on 19 july and cleared on 4 th of september..however its my 11th week running and no CO yet..applied 2.5 months ago...everything frontloaded, PCC, meds, Form 80 etc.

applied on 2nd july 10 weeks crossed no CO yet, meds cleared last week was auto referred all PCC, meds Form 80 frontloaded

WOW good man you are really lucky..i applied on 2nd july, almost 2.5 months ago, it is SA state sponsored visa, started my 11th week no CO yet , how long does it take for CO?

My state application to South Australia was approved in 3 hours 45 minutes. My occupation is Environmental Consultant. However, I lodged for 190 visa 9 weeks ago. no signs of CO yet.
