  1. I kept sending emails to my CO and finally she asked an IT guy to work out a way to make HAP IDs available for us. Dont know how it was done though.
  2. Dear all! I have electronically applied for ENS 186 on 29/08/2013 (Nomination lodged 11/07/2013, granted 12/09/2013). Today, my CO contact me to let me know that I need to do medical test. However, she cannot provide me a HAP ID, without it I cannot book medical test with Medibank (did phone them to see if I can use TFN instead, they said no as this is a recently applied rule). I response to the CO, saying I need a HAP ID. She said that COs can no longer generate HAP IDs, the applicants have to generate it themselves. There is only two ways I can imagine a HAP ID could be generated: - Via My Health Declaration http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/my-health-declarations.htm . But the website specifically says that it should only be used for the one who has NOT applied for a visa. So it does not apply to my case. - Via an "Organize your health examination" link in the electronic visa application. However, this option is NOT AVAILABLE in my visa application at the moment. What should I do in this case? Thank you all very much!
  3. Hi shelly! - You should have bridging visa after they acknowledged your visa application. However it is not in effect because you have a valid 457. By November, you should have your PR already. Otherwise, check with them to activate the bridging visa after your 457 expires. - Recommended is not alway needed. Stick to the document check list. - You should probably get moving with the medical, will save you some waiting time.
  4. Hi everyone! I've been watching this thread for a long time and now would like to join in, as I am about to submit a application. My application will be non-DR, non-MA, Direct Entry. I am currently on 457, which was granted March 15, 2013. I started working at my position from June 2013. My employer submited Nomination application on July 17, 2013. I am planning to submit my application on August 30, 2013. I have a few questions to ask, please: - How many supporting documents (qualification, passport, birth certificate, employment letter, etc) can I attach to the application? Is there any limit? - My medical check for 457 was in February 2013 (6 month old). Do I need to do everything for medical check all over again, or should I just wait to see if the CO will ask me for some supplementary test? Trying to cut cost here - Form 80, is it for everyone? because I can see that the form include everyone in my family already? Thank you very much!
