To prepare my career episodes, what should I write to in personal engineering activity to establish my knowledgebase and skills. Please advice from ur experiences.... Thanx in advance...

I already checked that site. I can qualify the points test but afraid of skill assessment. Because my experience is on control system and electrical. I need guidance on that specific area including preparation of CDR and other documents.

Which visa will be suitable for me? 2. Which skill I shall select. Is it Electronics/ Electrical Engineer or Engineering Manager? 3. Skill assessment procedure for engineers. Please help.
