Thanks much for the advice.. but what if I still want him to be my agent.. however, I also want to be kept in the loop for any corrospondense from IMMI (I am concerned that he may miss emails from IMMI, he is a very careless man)

I applied under sub176 FS through an agent. I understand all corrospondense will go thru him. He is no longer an migration agent, not sure if he even checks his email. I am concerned that I may miss out any notifications from Immi. What can I do?

Any visa for farmland investors to work on their own farms?

I am not sure if this is a stupid question. If a foreigner buys a farmland (understand foreigner can invest in Australia farmland), can this foreigner then work on his own farm and sell produce from this farmland?

I applied under 176 FS in 2010 under an agent. The agent has now retired and I am not sure if he even check his emails! If there are emails with regards to our visa application, I am concerned that our agent may overlook. Can someone advise what we can do? Thanks folks!
