Thanks for clarification. But i wrote city police authorities and SSP city is the one who has the authority to give PCC.

After PCC it took a bit more than month and i had filled the form 80 and uploaded in advance as advised by my agent. I am glad to help you. Best of luck.

May i know which country's PCC is that? I am asking because i had almost the same experience with PCC. I had uploaded PCC upfront and CO still requested it. My agent asked for clarification as the same was provided already, CO replied that the PCC already provided was issued by city police authorities and is not the national level PCC. But in actual it was the only PCC i could provide according to the law in Pakistan, which i provided. I explained this to my agent and he explained to CO and after some time he agreed upon that and finalized my visa. Hope it helps!

Hello You don't need to get appointment for check up during validation trip. Once you permanently moved to OZ than only it is required to report health authorities within one month of your arrival. Hope it helps.

Normally it takes 4-6 weeks to get CO assigned . Good luck!

We were in the similar situation earlier. As you can see our timeline, We paid VAC 2 for my wife on 18th feb and was waiting for our visa which normally comes after few days of VAC 2 payment but our CO emailed that our visa grant will be delayed due to planning levels, but lucky for us that 2 days later we got our Visa. Hope it helps to reduce your stress level but IMHO do not plan anything ahead, just wait for your visa to be granted, and i hope it will be coming in near future. By the way we were granted WA SS 489!! Which visa you are getting, SS or FS and to which state?

Normally Your family can enter after you as long as they enter before the expiry of visa validation date. But read the visa grant letter carefully for any other conditions which may come in effect!!

Applied in Chevron,inpex,Gorgon, conco, arrow energy etc, with no response at all. I am working in Refining/LNG sector since 2007, currently in Middle east with a giant LNG producer. Hi guys, Its really an awful long wait for you all but it seems that they look each case on its own. Just to relax you guys i thought i must share my timeline. I am from Pakistan, living in Middle east since 2011 and applied for WA state sponsored SC 489 visa. Application was submitted on 2nd October 2013, CO assigned in 2nd week of November 13 and Visa granted mid Feb 2014, i front loaded Meds and Pcc's. I hope soon you guys will have your visas, cheers.

Hello Admalik I was in the similar situation earlier on but i front loaded the medicals for me and wife without X-ray of my wife, we also front loaded the PCC's. Our CO gave us time and we did my wife's X-ray after the birth. And the visa was granted within a month after my wife's X-ray. We were on visa 489 Ss. 1-So inform your CO asap about the situation and follow the instructions of CO from here on. I don't think you need to give Form-1022 but i am not sure on that, some one may be able to tell? 2- It is actually possible to submit your medicals now and your wife X-ray can be done after birth. It would not have any impact on visa decision. 3- The PCC's are valid for 1 year, i would submit PCC's as soon as i get. 4- You have to submit PCC for your country of citizenship, and each country you lived in for 12 months or more, i assume you are from Pakistan, so you will apply at Police line/CPO office in your city. What visa sub class you are applying for?
