hi were pr on 189 visa been been in adelaide for 2 years on 11/9 . my mum was here on e600 but had to leave as her visa ran out 6 weeks before our 2 years and we were advised had to wait for full 2 years to sponsor her. she left oz on 14 july and we were advised to wait 3 months before having her come back in on a normal holiday eta visa . (which hopefully will not have the no further visa condition on it ) was hoping to have her fly back in on 14 oct but now a bit worried about it all as want things to be smooth as want to apply for an 804 for her . would anyone have any advice to give me about this ? tia

Hi ya , wereceived a very nice refund £800 which we didn't even have to ask for , the company just emailed us and asked us where to put it :-) , we had a sole use container x

Hello , weve been granted our 189 so heading off to Adelaide in nov 14 .:cool: the issue we have is my mum we eventually will try to get her over on a CPV but know we need to be resident in oz for 2 years before we apply . Want to take her with us so wondered if anyone could suggest visas which would allow her to be there for the most amount of time . She doesn't mind leaving the country frequently if it means she can spend most of her time with us ! I know the e visitor visa is valid for 1 year and allows for multiple entry with no stay over 3 months ! does any one know if this means she could come for 3 months go to Bali for a week then return for another 3 months and so on .. If this is possible can you then get another evisitor straight after the first ? I also know there is a visa that means she can come for 18 months then she would have to leave for at least 6 months before she can apply for the cpv i would really appreciate any advice/knowledge hope this all makes some sense cheers

Hi i am uk qualified hygienist and have just sent all my stuff to ADC , needed to send SA302 tax documents you can request them from your tax office . Hope this helps x

Hi , we had 70 points but submitted with 60 so that no chance of diac working our points out differently ( using an agent ) think it only makes a difference at EOI stage might we waited 2 rounds for ita

Hi , I'm after advice from any dental hygienists out there , I am a uk trained dental hygienist currently i am waiting for a 189 visa I have a positive vettassess result . I am looking into the pathways exam for hygienists has anyone done this ? Also, if I have positive vettassess do I still need to do this ? I am really struggling to find out much info from either the ADC or ADB all advice very much appreciated

We put our vettassess in on 23 April got it back 29 July 14 weeks although once it got to 12 ma chased it then it came through v quickly . Put our EOI in on 30 July just fingers crossed ITA next round !!!

hi, we had quite a complicated case and tbh if not for our brilliant case worker at visa bureau would probably not have gotten as far as we have (currently waiting for an ita on a 189 ) it was getting the correct academic transcripts etc ( I qualified 11 years ago ) that was difficult but our ma pushed in the right direction and had suggestions when we ran in to hurdles . if we had a straight forward case we probably would have gone it alone but for us they've been worth every penny !

hi vettassess applied for 23 april received positive result 30/7/13 after chasing by ma no reason given for the delay tho
