This is goin to sound really petty but before i paid my deposit (doh!!) they seemed great however now they cant even get my name rite!! Confidence in them shattered. If anyone has had any dealings with them please... Do tell???

He will show whatever form of tax thingy he needs to but all it will show is that hes been claiming benefits all this time. If he does get sent to prison then he defo wont b providin any form of support. I dont need support tho iv worked all my life n will do as soon as i get there as i work in age care so work is usually easy to find in this industry but i suppose that wont b good enuf for the gov. I do appreciate ur input guys its just no easy feat replyin on a poxy fone. Thanx guys especially u George luv :-)

He lives in Oz but has been claimin benefits for i dont no how long n to top it off hes likely to b sent down in a month. Even the agent iv been talkin to is in need of time to think....its not lookin good at all but the way i look at it hes the liability n hes already a citizen so im gonna remain positive. Thanks for the input tho mate.

Im desperate to get back to my husband in australia n once iv got the visa fee im gonna apply but id just like to know whether immigration agents r worth it or not. Its a legit relationship but r major problem is that he cant prove his earnings so thats where id come unstuck with the paper work. If the general concensus is that agents r the go plz any reputable agents with reasonable fees plz let me know of any. Cheers peeps xx

Im new to the site n was hoping somebody can help me. Basically im applyin for a partner visa (offshore)amy husband is an ausi citizen but cant prove his earnings because hes been in n out of work. I was told about the fact they mite ask for an assurance of support n then someone else said they dont do that anymore n now im like arrrgh!! Wtf!! So ppl any help would be much appreciated.
