<p><p>Hi The Brammies, my name is brian, i am 28years old, very new to this site and i have been looking up on how to get work in carpet/lino fitting in perth area, and i came across a thread u were giving alot good info about.</p></p>

<p><p>Could you help me with some advice, my girlfriend and I are moving to perth in september this year, I have been a self emplyed fitter for the last 10 years in cork Ireland. I would love to know how easy i would find work in perth and what kinda rates are payed, plus i wanted to know do i need to do some kinda course to do this work in perth, as in Ireland carpet/lino fitting isnt recognised as a trade.</p></p>

Hi Fifi. We are planning on coming on a one year work/holiday visa first off, then try get 2nd year via sponsor or by doing farm work for 3 months.

Hey guys and gals, My girlfriend and I are moving to Perth WA as soon as possible. Whats holding us back? I was hoping some-one could help me out or point me in the right direction. I have 10 years expierence as a carpet/lino fitter in all areas, comercial and domestic, could people help me out and give me some details about this, ie is it hard to get work in this area, whats the going rate of pay for this in perth and also do i need to do or get any cards to work as a fitter there.
