    <p><p>How are u..Could you tell me when is Schedule 3 decided..At the time of application or at the time when case officer opens file...I have 1 month since I applied from BV A.Have not heard anything....I have a lawyer who addressed all the compelling circumstances issues and may be I have got the waiver but have nt heard from Lawyer or DIAC....What u suggest...have u got Schedule 3 waived?Thanks for taking time to reply</p></p>

    Hi Andyandloz, If you are not a holder of substantive visa, I guess you have to show Compelling and compassionate circumstances to apply visa onshore. If you have a visa refused onshore other than a partner visa, you can still apply for partner visa in Australia. You need a good registered migration agent to submit your application.
