Case officer May 2013.. Asked for medicals, police, sponsor to fill and sign form. Form 80. Then I had email to say all 886 FS had been allocated for the year. email on 28th march asking for husbands English penalty fee $3500.10 visa grant on 6th March good luck everyone!! :-)

Just wanting to share my fantastic news with you all!! Not only is it my wedding anniversary today but just had an email to say we have been granted PERMANENT RESIDENCY!! 886 FS Dec 2009 low risk and along time coming!! Wishing you all the best of luck with your residency.. and we have baby arriving soon to! So much to celebrate.. Good Lick to you all and wishing you all get your grant soon x

Hi all, I'm 886fs and was given case officer may 2013..low risk and was sent email on Friday asking for my daughters new pass port details. thing is I'm pregnant and due in a couple of weeks, all medicals are up to date, but does anyone know if we will be granted permanent residency before baby is born or will we have to wait to getbaby's medicals and pass port.. God I hope not, this has dragged on long enough.

I was allocated case officer May 2013. I'm from UK so low risk. Case officer emailed me a couple of months ago saying that all 886 visas have been allocated 2013/2014 so have to wait. I sent an email to complain as my family of 4 was told to take our medicals and all docs in within 28 days, then told I have to wait, but never got a reply. So don't get your hopes up at the moment guys. It's been a terrible few months for us. I will keep you all posted and good luck to all x

My agent had sent 3 emails to the case officer over the past couple of months and only on the third we got the reply about the delays in processing. I had called immigration many times and they just say its up to the case officer as when they process applications. We just seemed to get know where, and when I sent a compliant to immigration they did not reply either. We just don't have a leg to stand on. Well the end of the day we are just a number to them.

Thanks Sophie, I really hope so. I was physically sick for a few days after the news, my daughter was also really happy when we got a case officer as she wants to go to university next year and when we got the bad news it came at such a blow, we just can't afford uni fees, her school fees have been killing us the past 5 years paying thousands and also full fee day care fees for our baby so we can keep working. It's just not fair how us and others are treated

You may not care Gagan, but I have been informed by my case officer that all 886 fs places have been allocated and I will have to wait, I'm not putting it on here for a joke. im very upset about it because I have paid out a lot of money on medicals. I was allocated a case officer in May 2013 I'm from the UK, so I'm not high risk and two weeks ago I ha a email telling me this bad news. i have sent a complaint to immigration but they have not replied, so you tell me?

886 fs is not complete I'm Dec 2009, got case officer may 2013 had to pay out for 4 members of family medicals, police checks etc, only to be told today that there are now limited places for 2013-2014, so it could be next year now.. I'm disgusted how we are being treated. Why ask for everything and be sat waiting with high hopes of PR only to be told (no more places left)! I'm so upset.

Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for PR after case officer has been granted, I have been waiting since May 2013 and I'm not from high risk country.

Hi all! Is anyone in the same situation as me? I was allocated a case officer in may this year and submitted all docs, then was asked for more docs, then CO went on leave for six weeks, my agent sent her an email over a week ago to remind CO that all docs were in, we have had no reply so I called immi yesterday and was told "oh it could take 6 years" I'm not from a high risk county. Anyway I called my immigration agent and he sent another email yesterday asking to please finalise the application, still no reply from case officer. It makes me so mad that they ask for so much and now they have everything and more from us they just keep dragging their feet.. :-(

Well I got case officer May 21at, uploaded all docs by mid June, then had an email last week that my co is on leave for the next few weeks :-(

im the same co on 21st May..all docs sent 14th June..I have agent but he sent me the email from co, so I left a message myself. You should ask your agent to forward the email sent to him/her.

I'm online and my case officer is in Brisbane, i know this as i have see the email from CO
