Hi everyone, When applying for partner visa on ImmiAccount, we need to submit: 1.Stage 1 - Partner or Prospective Marriage Visa (300,309/100,820/801) + pay fee 2.Sponsorship for a Partner to Migrate to Australia (300,309/100,820/801) 3.Upload forms and evidences Are these all for a fully completed Partner Visa application on ImmiAccount? Are there anything else (forms or links on ImmiAccount) we need to submit as well? Thanks and have a nice day

Hi everyone, We are about to submit partner visa 820 online on immi account After submitting the application and paid the fee, can we upload evidence files on immi account after every 3 or 6 months? Or will immi account automatically seals off and prevents uploading more evidence after fixed period of time eg: 3 weeks after submitting and paying fee Thanks and have a nice day

Hi my friends, We are applying for 820/801. The problem is our evidence documents (around 100 pages eg: joint insurance contract, joint property contract, joint bills, bank statements, invoices etc) are all in foreign language Do we need to translate all evidence documents to English before submit to case officer? The NAATI service charge $99/page that means total cost will be 100x$99=$9,900 ( just for translating only which makes us very nervous) Immigration require official documents other than English to be translated. That means it will be applied for evidence documents? Anyone went through this situation before? Appreciate any advice Thanks and have a good day

I got my tourist visa 600, detail below: Length of stay: 3 months Multiple entries Last day to entry: 1 Feb 2022 No condition 8503 During 3 months my visiting in Aus, I apply visa 820/801. In the case, Bridging Visa A will be active at the end of 3 months stay OR will it be active on 1 Feb 2022? Looking forward to hearing from you Thanks and have a nice day
