In your case, you need to go for state sponsorship where it mainly depend on the field for which you got the assessment. I believe NSW is accepting nearly all fields of engineering and the IELTs requirement is also been referred to Federal requirement i.e MINIMUM 6 band in each element (Kindly check for the latest update on the NSW webpage). The other way could be to wait and score more in your work experience (but this could affect your age points) or claim partner points (if applicable). The minimum threshold is 60 and this needs to be secured to have bright chances

I think it should be good enough evidence but if you can try to get the salary slips for starting months also from your Employer that would make ur evidence stronger. As long as cash salary is concern you can identify it as a CASH salary which I think shouldnt be a problem because I also had given cash salary slips copies to my CO atleast for first 2 years. For taxation you can refer the Slab for Salary taxation in your country of employment and explain ur CO that your per Annum Salary was X whereas Taxation applies to salary earned upto Y amount. In my case I made the spread sheet identifying; for each Employment what evidences are available and if not why it is not available. Regards, Syed

Hi, Well for Employment related Documents requirements my CO sent me the predrafted script asking for Experience letter, Employment reference, Salary Slips, Bank Statement for salary transfer and Taxation documents (not applicable in my case). From my side I also added the employment contract and Salary certificate to make it further strong evidence. In my initial upload (before CO allocation), I only uploaded the Experience letters and I assume that this wasnt sufficient enough to convince the CO therefore she asked for these document specifically. I sugggest to collect as much evidence (as you can) and frontload it with your online application. This will give a good impression to your CO. Regards, Syed

I think you should contact DIAC and find out information on your CO, it should have been assigned within 5 weeks. There are some cases where CO doesnt contact the applicant unless they need any additional documents/information. I thinks you should contact DIAC ASAP Best of luck.. Syed

Yes, I got my EA skill assessment in 2010. Actually, when I started off my case in 2010 2nd Qtr I was qualifying but by the time I got my Skill assessment which was in 3rd Qtr the point system got changed and new State Migration program was introduced. In light of new system I wasn't qualifying and dropped the idea for moving to OZ and got busy with my Job. Last Dec 2012 I was chatting with my friend and during our conversation he flagged that the new system is introduced and you try once again which I refused and said I cant qualify because imigration procedure are expected to get tuff not easier. During our next conversation he again pointed out this new EOI system and said I am qualifying why dont you find out, I said Ok let me check. This was the moment I recognized that I can still qualify. The factor which made me qualify is addtional points. I got now for 5 year i.e. "10" where in 2010 I was getting 5 points for 3 years of Work experience. This is the short story of my application journey. I strongly believe when Allah want things to happen for you it happen in no time as happen in my case. Regards, Syed
