  1. I want to email my c/o (LG) and ask. I do think i have bugged her enough with questions in the past and i also dont want to rock the boat. it would be nice to know which subclass im a being processed for as im going for a goverment job that requires me to have the 100. It would also be nice to know about the new processing times as waiting sucks lol. Congrats on the subclass 100 btw.
  2. Hi Nikcos. can I ask who your c/o is? I applied at the exact same day as you. just wondering if you had spoken to your c/o and if they had mentioned anything about what seems to be the updated processing time on the immigration website. http://www.immi.gov.au/about/charters/client-services-charter/visas/5.0.htm I think it said 8/9 months before for the 309/100 visa if i remember correctly but it seems to be 5/6 months now.
  3. Hi. Anyone from the Febuary group heard anything about their application? I have a good c/o but I dont seem to get much from them.
  4. I sent my application in on the 11/02/13. It was received on the 12/02/13 and the mony taken the same day. C/O assigned on the 18/02/13, medical and further info required. I was informed today 19/02/13 after just asking my c/o about the outcome of my application that my visa would be granted if I passed the medical but it's a 8-9 month wait.
  5. The application is being sent in soon so switching to twitter I don't think would help. It's would have been good to do that a few months ago.
  6. I have got all my phone bill for the last year from Vodafone. And highlighted every phone call and text message. But as my partner and both got iPhone in October we started using iMessage. These kind of messages don't appear on phone bills as they are Wap data. That's why I'd like to download then as it just looks like we stopped talking after October. We now use FaceTime to instead of now calls as we live in different countries and the only way you can get that history is by screenshots. Which you could do for iMessage but you'd be talking hundreds screen shots. It just doesn't seem practical.
  7. Hi. My partner and I live away from each other at the moment. We use iMessage to stay in contact everyday. We are applying for a defo visa. I'd like to download my iMessage history and use it as evidence to send in with our application. My questions are. Has anyone done this? does anyone know how to do this? Is it a good idea? thanks.
  8. I guess you kinda feel like the hard part is over though? I seen your bit at the bottom once I had posted my reply. Seemed to move rather quickly to begin with then it just all slows down. 8-9 month. That's long. I guess it could be worst. I'm just away from my OH half just now as shes in australia and im in the uk, the longer the visa process takes the longer I have to go without seeing her. Which sucks.
  9. Hi. thanks for the reply. Everyone on here as been so helpful. It's great. It good to know you where in a similar situation and still managed to get it granted. Congrats on that btw.
  10. I just read a few posts on here that said you could front load your application. It's done now may as well send it in. Just hole the 11 months defo is enough.
  11. Thats a great idea. I'm look into one in my area.
  12. it doesn't cost that much and they will hopefully ask for it at one point. So just thought may as well get it out the way ASAP.
  13. That is a good idea. Puts my mind at ease a little knowing someone else thinks we may at least have a case. By any chance do you know how much it would cost to have a MARA agent look at it. This venture is costing a small fortune, one we are more than happy to pay but at some point your money just runs out. I have just booked flight to Aus in April to go on holiday with my partner, I am presuming the application wouldn't be granted by then if it is going to be and understand I must be off shore when/if it is granted so I have told them that in my application.
  14. From the UK, within the next 2 weeks. Just waiting on the police check coming back.
