As I have mentioned before this is my second application. I have been through this once before. There should be no reson for my application to be selected for high risk. We submitted our application complete with all documents and meds and pcc, from the uk low risk, my job is not a risk have 20 years full time experiance and tick all the boxes im required to tick to be eligeble to apply. my first application was processed within 8 months unfortunately the salon closed so it never went through. My company are successful sponsor's and are well known to immigration. They had 2 of their applications processed after 8 months whichapplied for transition at the same time I applied for DE. It's is know that it will take longer for DE but at 19 months in that's unexpectable. The main factor for the 10% is the high number of applications from June 2016. There is a massive back log so immigration are now selectively picking out priority applications. My feeling is that it will all start to move for the ones left behind from the new tax year in July.

I was informed by immigration when I called to ask why I'm still waiting and they had moved on to the following months. The time frAmerican dose not apply to the10% of applications that are left behind from each month. They aim to process up to 90 %

Hi, Been following this forum and the spreadsheet for past 4 years(second application for me I'm afraid ) The spreadsheet used to be spot on for being able to gather what month immi where processing. They used to complete the month they where on and then move on to the next up until the last year. It's not as accurate now a days as they are leaving 10% of each months applications behind and are moving on to more recent files leaving old files behind. the spreadsheet has recently been messed about with, so its not accurate at all. Someone has completely removed me from sept 16 and it shows that sept month is complete, this is not the case! 😈. There's no way to know how long it will take to be allocated to a case officer, or if you will be one of the 10% that gets left behind. Patients plays a huge part in this process, this forum can be great for support as everyone is in the same boat so we can help to reassure u throughout your journey. Stay positive and best of luck to u xxx

Thanks for the info, that's what I have been advised by my MA. The problem is you start to to question yourself after time and when you see different posts on here with different opinions it plays on your mind. My employer shared their application to my immi account so I'm able to see all documents attached. They have uploaded all required documents up to March 18 so that's good. Thanks again and happy easter you u too xxx

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE SPREADSHEET, SEPTEMBER 2016 IS TOTALLY WRONG IT'S SHOWING THAT ALL APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. I'M SEPTEMBER AND STILL RECEIVED. PLEASE CAN THIS BE SORTED AS I USE THE SPREADSHEET AS A GUIDE AS TO WHERE IMMIGRATION ARE AT WITH THE PROCESSING. ARE THERE ANY OTHER PEOPLE STILL WAITING FROM SEPTEMBER 2016 ???

I feel your pain guys ! Regardless of whether hairdressers are "priority" or notWhen you've been waiting best part of 2 years for a decision that effects the rest of your life it's a really horrible position to be in. " Living in limbo" I have 3 boys who are growing fast, my eldest is about to apply for the royal navy as a back up plan incase Oz doesn't go through, at this rate he'll be joined up before we get a decision and I'd of lost my little boy to the visa process and time it's taken. Life still goes on around the visa application I'm afraid 😢

That's really bad I can't believe they can leave us all like this for so long. Really hope you hear something soon 😢😢😢
