  1. If you look ay the website of skill select under the results you can see that hey have cleared EOI upto 5th dec, on the 17th December which means the lag is 2 weeks at the moment. I suspect that on 7th jan they have cleared upto end December. When do u complete a year. Your submission date will change once you have achieved 60 points and do the update in your EOI. Same happened with me. Good luck
  2. Dear All you can actually call theVetassess office between 3 to 5 and give them th reference number and spak to assesment officer, and they will let you know exactly how long they will take. The number os available on their website. Vetassess is genaerally very helpful andonce these messages apear it taks couple of weeks for them to decide. But postal services do take a long time.
  3. mine took 4 weeks as i used the advice services before doing a formal assessment, the advice service took 1 week its worth doing

For statuatory declaration there is a fixed format that you need to use, please google New South Wales (Latest) statuatory declaration form. Don't forget to use the word latest as. This form will help you. You need to have it attested by an officer such as Police officer, Bank Officer, Justice of peace, etc etc its all mentioned on the form. Hope it helps

    Omg!omg!

Congrats, what this mans that the Immigration officer will now validate your documents and information that you ave submitted in your EOI and will valiate it with the issuing authority such as the assessment etc. Once all done will ask you for Police clearnce and Medical certificate. This can take 6 to 9 months. By the way when did you submitted your application and is it for 189 or 190 and which profession. Please reply
  8. Hi There I have also completed a year on 457 visa but my employer is no willing to sponsor, so i have applied for 189. I would like to share wth you that applying for 189 dos takes a bit of time, Required IELTS score, Assessment, and then submitt your EOI. The prepration itself takes about 4 to 6 months depending on what score you need and who is your assessing authority. if you have not prepared for all this i suggest go for ENS, as it is fast. Just mke sure your employer starts to prepare before hand and lodge your application the day you complete year 2.
  9. Every Assessing authority has a website and all the details are there. Vetassess documents are to be sent thru post, but you need to download the application form and the required documents checklist.
  10. Friend of mine submitted on 13th November and got it on17th December. So I believe you must have recieved it by now. Please confirm as I have submitted mine on the 5th Jan andi want to work out some tentative dates thx a lot
